Return & Refund Policy

Returns

We offer a 30-day return window from the date your order is delivered.

To be eligible for a return, items must be unworn, unused, unwashed, with original tags attached, and returned in their original packaging. Please keep your proof of purchase.

To begin a return, email us at hello@lovafashion.com  with your order number and the reason for your return. If your return is accepted, we will send return instructions and the return address.

Please do not send items back before your return request has been approved.

Return shipping costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. For approved returns caused by our error, LOVA Fashion will provide a prepaid return label.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us at hello@lovafashion.com  within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the issue so we can resolve it quickly.

Non-returnable items

Items marked Final Sale and gift cards cannot be returned or refunded, except where required by applicable law.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. To receive a different size, colour, or item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or payment provider may need additional time to process the refund.
